Deceptive Business Practices

This is a deceptive business. On their website it states that you can "set daily limits on websites AND apps". I bought the premium version and it is clear that you CANNOT block apps. I spoke to a customer service agent and her words exactly: "Our distraction blocker prevents you from accessing distracting websites, but not apps yet."This review is to warn other customers of their false advertising and lack of transparency. I would not trust this company with your data nor do business with them.

What do you like best? Rescue Time offers forever FREE TRIAL plan which allows you to use the software for free on both Desktop and Mobile devices. I like it that I can track both my activities on phone an on PC at the same time which has afforded me the opportunity to measure and manage how and what I spent my time on. What do you dislike? Very hands-off way of seeing how you spend your time online

What do you like best? I like how you can customize the software to align with your own definition of what is productive or not productive. There are some defaults that are helpful but for example, if you work on social media, you can refactor the categorization of it to be 'productive' time spent.
