Impossible to reach when you have an issue.

Have been a customer for about a year. Being double billed for several months and now when I try to reach anybody it is impossible to make contact. No Phone Numbers. Web forms remain unanswered. No way I could give a positive review.

Excellent Communication and Service

Reputation.com recently acquired SIM Partners, who I've been working with for location data management of our numerous facilities. The team is very responsive and very dependable. Whenever I have a question, they are quick with a response. Their Velocity platform is very easy to use whenever I have updates to make.

Not only does it provide great reporting, it also helps you be proactive in managing and responding to reviews. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We love the ability to aggregate and monitor ALL of our doctors and doctor offices in one tool. It makes the review monitoring and responding very seamless.
