Very helpful
What do you like best? I can see all data in 1 spot. I dont have to search multiple sites. What do you dislike? There is not really anything i dislike except for sometimes when i log in i cannot access information What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The review platform and business listings What do you dislike? Social media platform seems to be glitchy Recommendations to others considering the product: Make the move! It is super easy to use, and the staff is excellent!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Start Rating, number of reviews, sorted by rating and chronological, room for user to leave review comments What do you dislike? What do you like best? Different functionalities to assess the trend in reviews and surveys. Able to see entire portfolio. Valuable, Convenient.
What do you like best? I like the convenience aspect of Reputation. I have everything I need right in front of me to analyze and monitor, which is a saving grace when you have a million and one other tasks and projects to tackle on a fast-paced, day-to-day basis.
