What do you like best? The support has been off the charts. I can schedule a call with my dedicated support rep at any time. I often have lots of questions and it's so much easier to get on the phone vs. chatting for long periods of time with someone overseas. What do you like best? Its price for the basic feature set is awesome. What do you dislike? Some of the list manipulation is hokey and not intuitive, but support is helpful. What do you like best? The simplicity of writing and personalizing email campaigns. Also love the easy upload/download feature. What do you dislike?
