The most powerful and customizable email automation tool
What do you like best? Reply has the most customization available compared to other email automation tools. Their API and Zapier integrations are particularly robust. Their level of support is the best I've seen from a SaaS tool. What do you dislike? Not much to say here -- it can be sometimes slow to sync email replies, but their support team is always ready to help. What problems are you solving with the product? Great customer support & intuitive interface
What do you like best? Reply is an easy to use software with everything that you need to get started in email marketing, including great documentation and resources to learn from. The team was extremely helpful and provided a lot of timely support which is really needed when you're just starting. There is a lot to learn about email marketing, so I particularly appreciate campaign optimisation advice and feel that the company is generally taking very good care of their customers. ...

Huge fan of the platform for scaling outbound
Reply has really helped us scale our outbound efforts at a good cost and build our outbound program from scratch. There is a lot of good functionality in terms of templates, A/B testing, positivity/length testing, and so on. Overall really happy with the platform and the excellent customer support. The rare times we have any issues, customer support has been very prompt, courteous and supportive.

Their solution helps me scale my sales outreach. It's easy to use, intuitive design and the data it shows makes sales outreach actually enjoyable! Customer support is terrific too. I highly recommend it.

Great Functionality
What do you like best? the ability to multitask with multiple campaigns reaching a full variety of industries and businesses What do you dislike? clarity in the reporting section, with the ability to break down day/week/month with individual team members What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the do not contact and repeat emails to uninterested parties has been extremely beneficial

Reply.io - good app with excellent support
The best thing about Reply.io is their support team. You can solve basically any problem that you might face with Reply system.The system itself is pretty complicated when you get into the deep of it, but this is what you get from the app with many features. Guys at Reply.io always improve their product and though there are still some minor things that I would like to be changed (like enabling sub-folders for sequences), I have never faced an error during the last 9 months.

Automated top-of-funnel, enables one person to work like 10
What do you like best? I like how it enables me to build out custom campaigns to automate my email outreach. I have hundreds of people to contact and hundreds of continuous follow-up messages to write. Reply basically automated my top of the funnel for sales, so I can focus on closing deals rather than finding qualified opportunities. Great product and service
What do you like best? Easy to use and setup, good price for the software compared to others in the market. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of, everything works as promised. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't had any problems.
