Affordable and great!
Researched many softwares and this was the most affordable with the capabilities I needed. Got this for a fraction of the cost of others with the same tech. So far so good for my business!

What do you like best about RemotePC? Almost like a no-lag remote. The connection is so smooth. The unattended feature was smooth. I don't have any problem when it comes to connection. "Quick and Painless Start with Efficient Tech Support"
What do you like best about RemotePC? It was extremely affordable (low risk) and was EASY to use. I was able to start in about 15 minutes. Also, tech support resolved my one technical issue fast, which was something on my end. What do you dislike about RemotePC? So far, it is working as it should. "Good for SME/B"
What do you like best about RemotePC? Simple and easy to use for both admin and remote staff. We were looking for a cost effective solution for the times when we needed it and RemotePC suits us. What do you dislike about RemotePC? It is not a feature rich solution, but for us it suits our needs really well What problems is RemotePC solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves time attending sites for simple admin tasks. Most of my staff are not IT savvy so this is a real $ saving in time.

What do you like best about RemotePC? Easy user interface to manage multiple computers, and easy to change resolution for ease of access even if the computer being remoted into has a different monitor size. I've used other companies remote access software and this one is easier to use and less expensive. Gets the job done.
