What do you like best about Remote? I'm using Remote as an employee and what I can say is, their assistance is super fast and accurate. You have the availability of assistance through chat or email. In my case, I've always resolved my needs directly via chat. During the last 12 months, I've opened several tickets to ask how to manage various aspects of my work, related to time off or wage and they were always fast with accurate responses.

"Excellent Support Ticket Process"

What do you like best about Remote? You can tell when you're getting a response from customer support that is just a blanket statement and the person probably didn't actually read your question - that never happens for me with Remote. It's like each person takes time to focus on what I'm asking and respond in a thoughtful, relevant way. It saves me time, prevents frustration and makes me more eager to use the system in the future.
