"Exceptional customer service"

What do you like best about Relias Learning Management System (LMS)? Relias LMS is easy to use and navigate. I like that the system has the ability to automatically convert PowerPoint into SCORM. I can also easy create and add training to Relias. Honestly, what I like most about Relias is our Client Rep, who responds to calls/emails timely and has spent a great deal of time training myself and my new colleague on the system. He has been most helpful in supporting us through our learning curve.

It's obvious that the Relias team is trying to listen to clients and improve the system. They make changes to their product very often due to customer reviews. They not only care about the end user, but also the administrator who does not have all day to learn the platform.
