What do you like best about Relias Learning Management System (LMS)? It's general structure is pretty simple to understand. I had 45 mins of training and felt comfortable starting my first course. I think it may be more simple than some of the other competetors.

I love that all the different companies I have worked for use Relais and that I can have my Relias transferred from wherever I am, Phoenix, to San Diego. I can also upload all my external trainings and my transcript reports them. This streamlines my renewals for both LPC in Arizona, LPCC in San Diego, and NCC in North Carolina. What do you like best about Relias Learning Management System (LMS)? I love that I can put together training plans for new hires and enroll them when I sign them up without doing anything extra. Putting together annual training plans is a breeze. And as courses update, they are updated in the training plans.
