Great Ediscovery tool
What do you like best? I like that Relativity is a simple platform for users that they can do a 30 min training and be ready to review. I also enjoy the fact that from an admin side that it is more stable than other ediscovery that I have used. What do you dislike? I feel like some of the set-up/ upgrades have become bloated over the time that I have used Relativity. There are parts that are great such as having a response file that auto populates for items within the installer but if ...

The right software for E-Discovery
What do you like best? Relativity has a very user friendly interface to navigate through. I especially like the way folders can be organized with sub-folders layer out in a tree type setting. The saved search option is very helpful to avoid running the same searches. The filters allow you to quickly find what you are looking for. What do you dislike? I have not had any negative experiences with the product to date. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Functional
What do you like best? Relativity is fairly simple to learn and to teach. So it is suitable for use when needing to use a large amount of people on a document review task. Because of its simplicity, many different companies tend to employ the software. What do you dislike? The search function can be tedious and limited. The search function required very specific steps to achieve the desired result. Often it is a matter of trial and error to create the exact search you want. For ...

Realtivity is slowly becoming an All-In-One solution for your eDiscovery Needs
What do you like best? The Scale-ability of the platform, the ability to get very granular with permissions and even the UI itself. Arguably it is one of the best platforms for review, allowing for hundreds of users to access if the environment is set up. I also like the fact that Relativity is the cross web browser usability, no longer do you need to setup a terminal server for your MAC users. The training and Certification is top notch and allows a new user to be able to understand the ...

Scalable and Industry Standard Review Platform

What do you like best? Relativity does an alright job at allowing attorneys and paralegals do document review on cases that involve a multitude of documents. Tens of thousands to millions of documents can be processed through this system and program with ease. This is a major e-discovery software used for redacting and finding documents relevant to a case. What do you dislike? Relativity can be a bit slow at times. Off site implementation is also not the best. Recommendations to others ...

We use Relativity for a few of our larger ESI-heavy cases.
What do you like best? Relativity has become the industry standard for large scale ediscovery review. All ESI processing vendors understand the requirements for loading native discovery into Relativity, managing case flow, etc. We like that Relativity is a "common language" between parties, and that many best practices have been established with this product. In our use case, the environment is vendor-managed and maintained, which makes the process that much simpler. What do you dislike? ...
