What do you like best? When we mention to client's that we can provide hosting on our Relativity instance, we never have to explain what it is, or how it is better than the competition. The client will already know of it, or has been trained on how to use it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use for new users who have never been on a litigation review platform. What do you dislike? Error reporting during processing is not as detailed as other processing engines. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits of processing and hosting in one platform facilitates reviews starting sooner as well as one source for support when using one platform.

What do you like best? The majority of the software is intuitive, which makes training users easy. Also, since all of the documentation is available online, with a click of a button, users can learn on their own schedule.
