What do you like best? The support staff were super helpful with moving into my new year of camps, keeping me from having to reinvent the wheel. On a daily basis, I especially love that Regpack allows me to update parents' choices for their summer campers, adding additional products (i.e., weekly camps, for us or making refunds so easy. What do you like best? The interface is very user friendly. I am able to access reports easily and am able to apply multiple reports to various products. I also like that I can sort and filter based on age, gender, interest, requests, etc. What do you dislike? Great Software

What do you like best? The interface is super intuitive. The software can be easily customized. What do you dislike? Biggest complaint would be that sometimes things that seem easy to change have to be run through the development team and can take some time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving time through use of triggers and saving time through ease of use.

What do you like best? I like the ease of making changes on the back end. The process is very easy for users to fill in information and select programs and pay online. What do you dislike? Occasionally, emails and reports can be difficult to navigate, but I like the YouTube videos which help give tutorials for different functions. Regpack has made our registration system so easy!

What do you like best? My favorite thing about Regpack is that I can access it anywhere. All of the information I need is stored in one convenient place and it is very customizable. What do you dislike? I wish that the search feature was a little easier to use. You can only search by first or last name. If you input both you get nothing and I wish you could search by other fields in the system, like by phone number. Recommendations to others considering the product Regpack is so ...
