An alright basic tool, but clunky to use and heavy on the notifications.

What do you like best? When I used Redbooth, I appreciated the ability to create templates for tasks and easily assign them, mark as complete, and close projects. What do you dislike? Redbooth delivered a significant amount of notifications to your inbox, which instead of alerting you to an important task, just quickly became background noise in your inbox that you ignored just to the sheer volume.
