What do you like best? Their support is extremely responsive, but the support team can't fix the flaws in their core product architecture and lackluster UX. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its fairly robust and I like the UI, its intuitive What do you dislike? Some of the functionality could be more robust and more customizable, specifically scheduling interviews, booking rooms, and video questionnaires What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? This platform is quick to questions or concern and great at being progressive in regards to how to make the system more seamless and efficient. What do you dislike? I think something that could help is the tracking system for interviews set in each business day could be helpful or a report that would be scheduled to run daily. What do you like best? It's very user-friendly. It has all the basics one needs and does not overcomplicate the functionalities. What do you dislike? It's a double-edged sword in that it's user-friendliness is perhaps because Recruiterbox is not as customizable as some of the other ATS's out there. What do you like best? The system is simple, non-bureaucratic and easy to understand. What do you dislike? UX (to be SUPER honest, I think the system is ugly).
