Clunky software with a flawed candidate database model
What do you like best? Their support is extremely responsive, but the support team can't fix the flaws in their core product architecture and lackluster UX. What do you dislike? The software is clunky. But the #1 issue is their flawed database architecture. Candidates exist only within a single job opening. Solid solution for recruiting and hiring
What do you like best? Its fairly robust and I like the UI, its intuitive What do you dislike? Some of the functionality could be more robust and more customizable, specifically scheduling interviews, booking rooms, and video questionnaires What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? An organized approach to the interview process. The communication across departments and interviewers is great.

What do you like best? This platform is quick to questions or concern and great at being progressive in regards to how to make the system more seamless and efficient. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's very user-friendly. It has all the basics one needs and does not overcomplicate the functionalities. What do you dislike? What do you like best? What I like best about this software is that it is easy to use. You can chose to bench people if you like them and need them at a later time. What do you like best? The system is simple, non-bureaucratic and easy to understand. What do you dislike? UX (to be SUPER honest, I think the system is ugly). The system doesn't provide me dashboards with good visualization, its metrics aren't so customizable. I can't send automatic emails along with recruiting processes.
