Positive experience with intuitive User Interface

What do you like best? The intuitive UI of this software is pretty great. Less information is needed from the person feeding the information and it auto-fills a lot of it on its own. Also, I love the way it generates reports and metrics around the employee system. It has pretty good use of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. What do you dislike? Perfect for Small Organizations

What do you like best? My favorite feature is the ability to work in Gmail and handle the majority of communication with applicants. It makes my workflow much easier. I also love having a system where I can visually see where everyone is in the recruiting process. It saves me a ton of time and hassle. What do you dislike?
