Recruitee is an invaluable HR tool and I cannot imaging life without it.

What do you like best? Their product is more solid than any of the others we have used previously. Everything functions exactly the way we expect and the way we would have made it. Probably because they use Elixir. The ability to interact with Recruitee via their API and the one time we had a minor issue they fixed it almost immediately. What do you dislike? GraphQL instead of a Rest API. Maybe 5 jobs instead of 4 in their base package? Recommendations to others considering the ...

Makes collaboration easy

What do you like best? I like finding everything in one place. It makes it easy for everyone involved in the process to have a centralized view. What do you dislike? Maybe the interface could use a bit of an update. It's not bad, it's just a little dated in my opinion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many people are involved in our hirings, so we are able to do this through Recruitee. It also helps that candidates can ...

Low cost, high quality ATS

What do you like best? The product has so many features for such a small price. And it doesn't stay stagnant - it's constantly adding new features. There are easy GDPR compliance features and candidate reviewing and management options that anyone can figure out - even without training! I love the way it lets me communicate with my applicants and keeps track of all the e-mails. The scheduling feature is the best. And I love the easy to understand videos for training. If I can't figure out ...

I never want to manage applicants any other way

What do you like best? I love how easy it is for me to get an overview - even with multiple open headcounts. And it saves me so much time with automation! The integrated and customizebale evaluation forms are a great help as well. I also love the ability to have candidates record a video - this was the biggest efficiency increas in recruiting for me. What do you dislike? The only downside is that when a candidate applies multiple times to multiple roles, the merging of profiles ...

Superb recruitment application

I've had a look at Recruitee a month ago when I was looking around for ATS systems on behalf of my current company. I must say that I was happily surprised right from the start and was very pleased with the apparent intuitiveness of the platform. There is no pain in creating ads and tracking applications, even for people that are not internet power users. What I loved most of all: * Cost-based pricing. No nonsense, no "contact us", straight up pricing per ad. * Customized hiring pipeline per ...

Hiring Made Easy

What do you like best? Recruitee is very easy to use and priced right. I like that it creates a careers page for my company's site and that applicants are easy to track. What do you dislike? There isn't much I don't like. If I had to be nit-picky the UI could use a refresh! Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for small businesses! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping hundreds of applicants ...
