What do you like best? Remaze offer's organization and reports. What do you dislike? Reports could download faster. When pulling a month's worth of emails, it takes a long time to load the download. Great place to manage multiple communication channels all in one place!
What do you like best? The fact that all communication can be managed in one place and you can see all communication threads automatically with the same person across multiple channels... this makes it very easy to systematize customer service. Perfect Solution
What do you like best? Easy to use, can connect multiple social media accounts. It really tidens up the business. What do you dislike? Nothing. Maybe interface can updated so it would look more good. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helped us to decrease number of calls we receive in a day. Great support system
What do you like best? We've used a lot of alternatives and finally settled on this because it's the best. Over the years we've had so many different software for support and this one is so easy to use and friendly for our staff. What do you dislike? That there's no copper integration yet. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier for our staff to use, integration with shopify so we see everything at once, and recharge is amazing.

Reamaze is highly reccomended
What do you like best? Reamaze is one of the best systems for a company that have multiple staff members accessing the same email box, such as a info or sales email. What do you dislike? The search function needs to be improved. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It keeps all emails from a person in 1 thread along with letting you know if someone is viewing or has already replied.

Great tool!
What do you like best? Reamaze is a great tool for consolidating multiple inboxes and making workflow much easier What do you dislike? I dislike the lack of text formatting in emails, would be nice to insert tables etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer service - Much faster response rate and ease of looking back at previous information

What do you like best? I really like how the message threading works. I also really like having the use of user pics. Makes work more fun. What do you dislike?
