Makes team management easy and meeting fun!
What do you like best? The ability to create templates that can be shared across the team What do you dislike? Doesn't have great integrations with slack. I'd like to be able to quickly send frames to slack channels (Ex. Meeting recap frame) Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use a whiteboard, need to create a plan for your team, or make meetings fun again, Miro is a must. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Amazing software!
What do you like best? It is an infinite whiteboard! You can do whatever you can imagine. I am a very visual learner and it helps me to see all of my ideas and concepts laid out on a digital whiteboard. It is like visualizing my entire brain. I use it as a brain dump when I have too much going on inside my mind. I also use it extensively for teamwork. It is especially good with real time projects. What do you dislike? A bit slow and performance drain. I wish it had better ...

Miro is a life saver during the virtual collaboration revolution
What do you like best? I like the very user friendly interface, the good performance even over low bandwidth links, and also the live collaboration of all team members that actually wouldn't be possible on a real life whiteboard or flip chart. What do you dislike? I've been using Miro for three months now and i can't think's of a down side so far. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend that users start with the simple features like ...

Miro has enabled us to run remote brainstorming sessions, which is helpful during these times.
What do you like best? I like its real-time collaboration features. For instance, in our agile team, we can host our ceremonies on Miro (i.e. story-pointing exercises, kanban boards, etc.) I've also found it helpful for card sorting and design thinking sessions to gain insights on taxonomies and site navigation. What do you dislike? In all honesty, there's little I dislike. There's a slight learning curve to using Miro if you haven't used it or similar applications before, but ...

Virtual facilitation without boundaries
What do you like best? The diverse range of shape tools, icon libraries, video embed options, presentation and facilitation functions make this such a versatile platform. The tool is deep for a workshop facilitator while also being simple enough for the basic first-time uses. The ability to share boards and create co-creation spaces has been a game-changer during COVID and fast-followers like Microsoft have a long way to come to cover this gap. What do you dislike? On occasion, ...

Amazing Tool
What do you like best? The simplicity of a simple board, the metaphor of a set of board and post it is amazing. What do you dislike? To tell the truth I think that is few to any feature that I really dislike, for my use it's a perfect tool, but I would like to export as PDF sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you want a tool of virtual board with a lot of features for multi purposes and with an efficient support, you will must to consider to ...

Love it since the early adoption

A great whiteboarding tool for remote teams
What do you like best? Simple and effective tool. Part of what makes it such a good tool is down to how collaborative of a tool it is to use. for example; i work in a completely remote team in a different country to everyone else. Using this tool it has allowed me the opportunity to use it for retro sessions and we can all put down our thoughts on a post-it and collaborate in real time with what we're thinking and run through details (like in real life). Having that ability to ...

Second language instructor using Miro for collaborative learning
What do you like best? Enhancing possibilities for whiteboard use in remote classrooms, better than Zoom whiteboard. What do you dislike? Too expensive for individual users, I am trying to get my institution to acquire a group account for us the educators, but the process for it doesn't seem to be too easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have solved the problems of difficult interaction between students in remote ...

A great playground for the distributed teams that need to sensemake and collaborate.
What do you like best? The user friendly, flexible user interface with all the goodies needed for team collaboration What do you dislike? As a newbie grabbing objects unintentionally and munting the design What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a RTE, I am using Miro for software teams to use for sense making, collaborating, elaborating and PI planning. The problem was "How do we continue to have creative thinking sessions and ...
