Userfriendly Tool to improve Efficiency in Project Management

What do you like best? Intuitive operating within the tool. It is a big digital whiteboard with all additional tools you need in order to conduct jour fixes for example. What do you dislike? Free version is limited to a number of different "maps". One the other hand, they have to make money somehow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tool for brainstorming and visualizing workflows, logic models, and organizational structure

What do you like best? I like how flexible Miro is. You can use it for so many things! What do you dislike? I wish I could snap shapes to place on a grid or with each other. It would also be nice to resize multiple objects more easily. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is important to lead new users through several activities step by step. Less tech-savvy folks are likely to need extra support and practice. What problems are you solving with the ...

A great, intelligent and user friendly solution

What do you like best? The User experience is smooth, it is updating constantly with new features, which are all being communicated when you return to the app. One can easily work with Miro in collaboration with large teams. Absolutely great! What do you dislike? I'm missing an integration with Zeplin. Other than that - nothing at the moment. Recommendations to others considering the product: use the wireframes library for low fidelity wireframing, it is great What ...

Great tool for team collaboration and individual brainstorming

What do you like best? Love the ability to do live collaboration sessions. Love the ability to keep expanding the board, i.e. do a quick sticky note session then move straight into wire-framing in the same board. We use Miro both for live sessions, but also as an archive of past planning sessions. What do you dislike? The cost can add up if you need to bring in large numbers of outside contributors. But very cost efficient within our internal team. What problems are you ...

As intuitive as in person

What do you like best? Responsiveness, you can zoom in or out as much as you can and miro will do everything to make things fit. Also that you just need to master 3 commands: copy, paste, and undo What do you dislike? I would say that sometimes you want to write something in a post it note or move them and suddenly a connector appears, it becomes annoying. Also when people talks, we prefer to use google meet for audio while facilitating at miro Recommendations to ...

Fantastic workshop tool for the remote era

What do you like best? Simple to use, and very easy to collaborate on Miro. Having multiple team members working on the same board at the same time is fluid and enjoyable. It has meant we don't need a physical room to conduct our product workshops, and has been a massive help during the covid lockdowns What do you dislike? Limited boards on the free plan ;-) Sometimes a few little issues when there are a lot of people using a board at the same time but it is minor. Not a ...

Awesome tool that really foster collaboration, in a fun and easy to use manner

What do you like best? Miro is incredibly easy and fun to use. In a context of accelerated digitalization of work, using Miro has made it easy for me to run remote workshops, every single time. Even more, I've seen other collaborators keep using Miro not only to collaborate with others, but also as a personal whiteboard and brainstorming tool. That is the best indicator that the tull proved valuable to them. What do you dislike? I tend to use tags a lot when preparing a session, ...
