Collaborative work: visual, fun and easy
What do you like best? Very intuitive and easy to use. I like the brand and look and feel. It makes easier to work with remote teams. Share ideas and progress. I use it also for my personal projects. Mainly for the initial phases, when I want to land ideas, gather insights, brainstorm... It has a lot of potentials. What do you dislike? Power features for facilitators. Ej, add descriptions to a block of content that only the facilitator can see. I experienced some issues editing ...

Easy and super fun to use
What do you like best? Miro is a great tool to collaborate, organize your projects and use it as a tool to whiteboard What do you dislike? It's not super intuitive to use in the first instance and may look like another tool thrown at you to keep everyone updated. Recommendations to others considering the product: Can create a more easier user onboarding by showing a few examples of well-executed boards What problems are you solving with the product? Best mapping modelling tool on the Market for me
What do you like best? I have tried a lot of these mapping and modelling tools and Miro is by far the best. The other all tend to have quirks and bugs (or features) that you just don't get with MIRO What do you dislike? Maybe a BPMN 2.0 process mapper, but that is really a tool in itself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? mapping out personal goals

Love this product!
What do you like best? This has been of a tremendous help in my role. Such an easy to use, concise way of explaining to a broader team processes, conduct retrospectives and mapping customer journeys. Well done, Miro team! What do you dislike? So far I have nothing that I dislike about the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I suck at being visual so having templates as a starting point on various use cases has been fantastic!

Perfect for continuous colaboration beyond the workshop
What do you like best? be if F2F or cloud-based the collaboration did not stop just because the workshop ended. The platform animated the teams to continue advancing their ideas, testing, refining solutions. It is great for facilitators who see their engagement as catalysts and supporters. What do you dislike? Sometimes editing a field that is embedded in an object is a little cumbersome. So its best to avoid all too complex objects. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Best Paper-saver ever!
What do you like best? The freedom of placing whatever I want, whenever I want. With the zoom in./out option you feel that miro can be user for everything, for a workshop or when you need to place thousands of post-it's on wall, don't, do it here! Save paper:) What do you dislike? That sometimes when zoom out i see some txt and some not... some make themselves bigger some not (i would like to stay the same or to choose which to get bigger) - see user story map template its e.g. ...

Best tool for collaborating on flowcharts
What do you like best? It takes just several minutes to start working productively. The design is simple, clear, and unobtrusive. It is easy to share and existing board with other collaborators, invite people to join and most importantly it is easy for them to start editing and collaborating on the project. I like the most common templates that can be used to overcome the blank page challenge. What do you dislike? It is a bit difficult to configure team and project settings. Just a ...

Stellar tool for visual collaboration
What do you like best? The infinitely zoomable canvas, the tactile feel of using "sticky notes" on the virtual board, and the built-in IconFinder What do you dislike? Drawing straight lines on the board is harder than you'd think; they might consider including better visual guides for this What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Service mapping, website design, showing relationships between Jira tickets. Allows distributed teams to ...

Versatile & Creative
What do you like best? The freedom and flexibility to add any notes anywhere on the page. With this flexibility a lot of various projects can be fulfilled. What do you dislike?
