What do you like best? The tools are just as stated... really simple, in a good way. The dashboard is fully customizable, so I could see the data I wanted. Out of the 10+ CRM tools I tried, this was by far the best. What do you dislike? No integration with Quickbooks. Unfortunately this was a must for our corporate office. Does exactly what is says on the tin

What do you like best? It is very easy to customise to your own requirements and to get information in and more importantly out! Is constantly evolving and we are just about to start to use the marketing solution which again looks really simple to use. They have really great user conferences too! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The little time spent learning how to use it. What do you dislike? I wish it more easily connected to my calendar What problems are you solving with the product?
