PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Integration with Xero What aspects are problematic or could work better? Support. I reported an issue with the email forwarding feature as the stopped working and caused email bounce back. I reported this in a live catch (I think with someone called David). PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It captures all what we need and it's very easy to use, which we can created our own reporting criteria reports. What aspects are problematic or could work better? When you close an opportunity it needs to take you back to the location you were in the opportunity list, instead it always takes you back to the last entry, so you ten have to scroll through pages of opportunities to get you to where you were. Really Simple Systems is really simple to use!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is quick and easy to use. I capture my sales activity - tracking my emails and calls and progress against the new business opportunities I am working on. For a sales person, any CRM needs to have zero lag when using it and this one is the best I've used. I like the layout and the easy nature of adding or searching for information. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system is easy to use and customise to suit the areas of data I need for my business. CRM system that is what it says - SIMPLE and easy to use - and economical
What do you like best? Task lists, agenda, creating customers and suppliers. We don't use more of the system at the moment reporting etc. What do you dislike? Not clear on how to generate reports. Could be faster too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being organised, prioritising, clear to do lists.

What do you like best? I've been with RSS for about 5 years now! Initially when I started I was looking for something that would help me with my workflow management, and act as a collation point for my customer data.
