Customizable app that suits our business

PROS: The responsive RSS customer support agents helped us to customize our user interface. CONS: Our company is based in the US and RSS is based in the UK. They do not have a US support branch and do not provide 24/7 support. Sometimes, this delays their response to our support issues.
