Clean, smart and straightforward
What do you like best? This product needs no training, as it's so intuitive and as it's web based needs no implementation either. Easy to add and change fields and drop down. The support desk were friendly and helpful, they really knew what they were doing. What do you dislike? I would like to see integration with Iris Evolution Recommendations to others considering the product: If you want a simple easy to use system that grows with your company, then this is it.
