It really is simple! But really powerful as well.

Very stable, easy to use, simple CRM
What do you like best? System stability and ease of use as a simple "to do" list. What do you dislike? The limitation on characters in the task descriptions field. Recommendations to others considering the product: RSS is far more powerful than my needs indicate. But as a simple CRM, it's perfect. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Simple and seems pretty straightforward. What do you dislike? No card reader input data directly into the system. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that you establish protocols for entering new clients/projects to prevent any duplication What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to have multiple users log in anywhere and access the data base and report activities.
