This helps me track customers and view history

What do you like best? Easy to use- Simple. Easy to alter and to make work for your onwn company. being web based this is very handy to look at anywhere. What do you dislike? You cant seem to delete contacts from the past and the sear syetem could be worked on more What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing and sales

Useful product with some limited functionality

What do you like best? The ability to store lots of linked information. Easy to access via the internet. Ability to use 'bcc' function in emails. What do you dislike? Some limited functionality and not instinctive to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A live directory of information that can be updated by all and accessed from anywhere. Ability to log interactions with stakeholders and refer back to them.

Easy learning curve, excellent freemium model and great support.

What do you like best? It's all "pay as you go", and you can bolt features on as needed. I wanted something that tells me what, when and how I did something, to whom and when, what the outcome was, and will then nag me to do the next thing. And, for me, RSS does all that perfectly.
