Great product for small business.

What do you like best? Very intuitive and easy to use and run reports What do you dislike? Confusing which items are limited based on subscription. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy way for me to run reports and communicate progress internally.

What do you like best? A great, user friendly CRM that meets your every day needs What do you dislike? There isn't much actually.
