I can't follow any of the claims done here by other users. I have used this software now for testing and comparing it to other meeting notes applications. I can say that the software has many features and for my personal taste it does best when compared to other solutions. Also the meeting join is not done automatically and you have to approve the application to join your meetings instead but I should mention that you should adjust the settings for this to happen. Unsolicited signup=scammy practices

Unsolicited signup=scammy practices I did not sign up for this service, suspect I might have been grandfathered in by another service or some other sneaky practice had been used. This is a totally unacceptable way to access my calendar.

HORRIBLE experience!!!!

HORRIBLE experience!!!! in order to review a meeting recording, I had to sign up for read.ai and it started auto-recording my Zoom meetings without my requesting this to be done. Horribly embarrassing. Deleted it immediately and won't think highly of any organization that uses it as a business practice, either!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. We wrote them to get on a call to discuss our challenges with the platform and they asked us to cancel our subscription. When escalated to the CEO, he did not care to respond either. Worst experience with any SaaS platforms out there.

Make up your mind. Or you join all meetings, or you don't. Are you trying to get people fired or what? completely unreliable!!!

Poor service

I have installed read.ai as an app in Zoom and was expecting to get the 12 months plan associated with it, which didn't happen. I contacted the support, and that was a very unpleasant experience. Asking to pay for pro plan to get the equivalent service, and told me this was not their problem. Got support from David and then asked to help solve the problem, and was just ignored. Very poor customer service, I won't recommend using their service and looking for more professional services.

A colleague recommended ReadAi several months ago. When I tried the free trial, I was impressed and immediately signed up for an annual subscription. The functionality it provided not only helped me to improve my professional skills, it established awareness, and streamlined my meetings. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

WOW. I just started using the Enterprise version of Read.ai to help with meeting notes, etc. It is extremely invasive and everything about it is set up in service of their aims, not the customers/users (lead generation, data scraping everything you talk about, etc). Not only does it demand access to your calendar (and all of your contacts), it joins all of your zoom calls automatically (whether you want it or not), but worst of all the DEFAULT for sharing settings it to automatically send ...

OverAgressive

A colleague used Read.ai to record a zoom meeting that I wanted to review. I had to set up an account to view the recording and information. Not a big deal. But then Read.ai invited its self to all my zoom meetings and wanted to record them for me. The interruption to meetings that I didn't want Read.ai to attend and then the continued hassle of deleting my account. The user experience was obnoxious. I use otter.ai intermittently and is a much better experience.
