Read AI is nothing but malware

Read AI is nothing but malware. I never consciously downloaded it onto my computer, nor did I ever sign up for an account. Yet it is creating semi correct and glaringly WRONG summaries of important, confidential meetings against my will. The instructions for removing Read AI are all premised on one's having set up an account. I didn't set up an account, so I can't delete the account. Meanwhile this creepy app keeps doing its thing.

I hate this app

I hate this app. First of all it is not very accurate and a big legal exposure unless you read everything after each meeting , which will be a big waste of time. be very careful , it automatically sets itself up to attach to all your zoom meetings without letting you know, you get rid of it but it keeps showing up.

Dangerous

Unnecessary, Inaccurate and Invasive. Dangerous to our business. There could be legal consequences for damages this troll app can cause by facilitating this type of business interference without specific agreement by the meeting organizer.

Didn't transcribe

Didn't transcribe, was in every meeting that I was invited to on teams (not only the meetings I was in). Reports were unclear, and doesnt work in boardroom meetings well.

Very intrusive and impossible to delete. Customer service is non existent. There is a convoluted process to delete an account that involves SETTING UP the account AGAIN in order to access the page where it says "delete account". Then, it doesn't matter because the Read.ai ghost keeps popping up in every meeting. Please avoid.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! I've been waiting on a response from support for over a week about a meeting recording I needed and couldn't get. The minute I upgraded I was able to get the recording and CANCELLED! I will never record this to anyone! Fathom notetaker has me for ever!

Like it very much, they have taylor it. But i agree that if you dont know how to cuatomize it it can be anoying.

Honest Review after 90 Days of Use

Signed up December 6, 2023 with the Enterprise plan. Added a couple of users but I couldn't find a list of users, how to remove/add more users. Reached out to support end of December, no response. I reached out again in January, after waiting a week they sent 2 link that didn't work. Reached out again in February, they got back to me again a week later with the same 2 broke links.
