"A Big Help"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Reachdesk has been very valuable for my team. Being able to send a prospect coffee, lunch or a gift card to incentivize them to take a meeting is really powerful. It's also a great tool for sending clients little thank yous for giving us some of their time. More often than not, the gestures are well received. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I wish there were more items to choose from that allowed for a little more personalization. What problems is ...

"Reachdesk Makes Gifting Easy"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? How easy it is to send gifts to folks, even without knowing their address. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? I'd like to see easier filtering available for "sends" What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm noticing that sending gifts is significantly faster than before, particularly without knowing the address. It's easy to select any gift and get it sent out within just a minute or so.

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Super easy to use, great choice of options to send to clients at any stage (prospecting, negotiation, etc) and a great support team to inspire with new ideas. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Hard to say what the downsides are, it's frowned upon to send yourself gifts? What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping to get initial interest from potential clients, keep clients engaged throughout the sales process

What do you like best about Reachdesk? The platform is user-friendly and easy to understand. Setting up and sending campaigns is easy, as well as tracking the progress. The integration we have with Salesforce was easy to set up and took minutes to complete. Really helpful staff that you can see are also passionate about the platform.
