"Win the hearts of your prospects!"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Easy to use, easy to setup and sync with Salesforce. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Credits don't refresh automatically every month. There's no way to revoke credits, so you have to wait for them to expire. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping engagement with my prospects and thanking them for their time.

"Worth it!"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Easy to use platform, EXCELLENT customer service What do you dislike about Reachdesk? Basic reporting functionality doesn't provide the insight needed for largely global automation campaigns What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Global gifting campaigns - esp during Covid. Their 'out of the box' approaches to have been very helpful in troubleshooting the shift.

"Great tool to develop relationships and win business"

What do you like best about Reachdesk? Very quick and easy to use - can send out gifts in minutes if not seconds to propsects or customers. What do you dislike about Reachdesk? The chrome extension can be slightly buggy when setting up through Outreach What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Great way at reconnecting with old prospects to set up new meetings, also great to maintain relationships with current customers.
