Been using Quotient for over two years…
Been using Quotient for over two years between a few businesses and Love it! Simple setup, good customer engagement tracking and cheap as chips to boot! Love it!

Feature constraints
A good product that is easy to use, however it lacks the ability to customise some of the features to suit our growing business. It seems we may have to find another platform as we have been unable to have the technical team make the changes we need in the software.

I have really enjoyed using this…
I have really enjoyed using this platform for my invoices and quotes. In the past I was sending out individual contracts to all clients and changing the details within each was takinh me between 15-20 minutes. With Quotient, I now use a master contract and quotes take me less than 1 minute, allowing me to spend more on the business rather than admin.

Can be made to fit just about all your quote needs
An integral piece of software in my tech stack for job management. Quotient feeds seamlessly into Xero matching quote numbers, job numbers and invoice numbers and making client management (at least in this area!) completely painless.Without a doubt one of the best investments I have made in my business.

Good for a quick start but not escalable for bigger volumes
What do you like best? Easy setup and quotes management and easy follow up on opened quotes What do you dislike? can not control change orders in a professional manner which leds your clients to believe there was an unfair change What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? definitely improvement in delivering our quotes

Using Quotient to track our sales - great move!
Using Quotient to track our sales has been a great move! The templates are so easy to create and the application so simple. Integration with other apps, also just the click of a button, very easy. It has put a lot of order in our sales process and I highly recommend Quotient.

I've used quotient for a number of years and have found it to be the most simple, effective, tidy tool that I could use. It's not completely autonomous which makes it perfect as it has allowed enough of my brain for it to work perfectly with my business
