What do you like best about Quinyx? The easy to use GUI (Graphical User Interface). What do you dislike about Quinyx? I have nothing that I dislike. There were things that, at first glance, could have been done differently, but that is more to do with what I am used to. What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? We are now assuring that the correct persons are working at the right place at the proper time.

Transaction combines all tasks fore employee from several units.

What do you like best about Quinyx? Bra och tydliga flikar med information. Varningar när något inte stämmer. What do you dislike about Quinyx? Svårt för lön att se en helhet när personal är utlånade. What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? Utveckla möjligheten att skapa tydligare urval.

"För stora företag (ca 20k) fungerar systemet långsamt, för mellan stora företag fungerar det bättre."

What do you like best about Quinyx? Att det är samlat i ett system jämfört med tidigare. What do you dislike about Quinyx? Att det är svårt att få en helhetsbild på medarbetare som är delade till olika ansvar. What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? Det är bättre struktur kring avtal än tidigare system.

What do you like best about Quinyx? Easy way to manage the staff level and deal with daily staffing changes. Time card are easy to manange. What do you dislike about Quinyx? We do have a lot of issue with the annual leave. For example: total hrs are wrong, staff can requeste annual leave when balance hrs are 0 or cancelling hrs are not always correctly adding to balance. What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing the daily changes of staffing.

Some parts in the solution would be preferrable for us to do in a different manner, but that will always be the case for useing a standard solution.
