A good app and an even better team
Even though I've been using this app for a short period of time, I had only one complaint, and that was the dark more keyboard doesn't work on Android. I reached out to the support team and they were so understanding and eagar to better their app. I look forward to many more features!

Effective and Efficient Quality Customer Support.
Deeksha (QuillBot) effectively and efficiently resolve the issue I was having with QuillBot expiration date. Everything now works perfectly, and I would recommend QuillBot to anyone.

Do NOT use Quilbot Flow
Hello, this review is from a paying Quilbot user (not for long now though) that uses the Quilbot Flow feature (formerly Co-writer) daily. First of all, It's very unfortunate that there's no premium support for paying customers especially for issues that need faster resolution. Their contact-us button is unreliable and when you submit your request from there, you literally receive no response even after days. So the only way to raise your ticket is via their "create a ticket" in help ...
