The company representative (Deeksha) was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole refund process. She took her time, responded to every email. I also liked the fact that I only needed to talk to her, instead of different representatives each time. Everything was thorough and in a timely fashion. Thank you so much Deeksha for processing the refund. I appreciate all of your hard work!

Great Customer support -Happy Customer!!! Highlyrecommended
My experience with Quillbot shifted from sheer panic when some citations for my doctoral thesis were deleted to being very grateful and satisfied with their service. After exchanging several emails with the customer support team, they managed to identify the missing citations and sent them to me. Happy Day!!!! Truly, they went the extra mile to solve the problem. It's important to regularly back up all work—that was my mistake. Highly recommended. Excellent customer support
