I think Quickfiles is a great tool for raising invoices and keeping track of cash flow
I think Quickfiles is a great tool for a business to use its great for raising invoices and sending quotes. I loved that I could keep track of what I have quoted through out the year. I think that it should come with some sort of training to fully understand and how to use the product. As I have learnt I think the quotation part could be improved as the information is limited to what you can write in there. My process for quoting has changed and it needs to be more in-depth.

The easiest accounts software I have…
The easiest accounts software I have ever used. Transactions are easily recorded when the software is linked to a bank account. Reports are clear. My accountant was very impressed.

QuickFile 1 year in
QuickFile 1 year inI have been using QuickFile for a year now to do the accounts and VAT returns for a small software business. What QuickFile gives me for free is superb. In most cases it is completely intuitive, and when not the online support is very good. I don't have any plans to change, and hopefully will soon rely less on my accountant and hope to start doing all my personal tax returns as I do for the VAT returns.

Only used it for around 9 months but it is easy to use once you find your way around the software. I don’t need everything like emailing receipts as I’m only small but lots of stuff for people whose business is going to grow. You can always upgrade to something else if you outgrow it.
