Excellent, simple to use and learn software. The community group for questions with Admin. answers has been invaluable.

I love QuickFile
For a non-accountant like me, QuickFile is great. There was a rather steep learning curve, but the instructions were pretty clear and the forums helpful and friendly. I like that I can link my bank account if I like, although prefer to manually upload at the moment so I can make sure nothing has been missed. The recurring invoice functionality is brilliant, as is the GoCardless Direct Debit and card payment integration. It's exactly what I've been looking for to try and simplify my accounts.

Fast, efficient, will speed up self-assessment
I love Quickfile and have recommended it to quite a few people. I started with the free version (tiny sole trader), but I've quickly added in the bank feed (which is a nominal amount for the year), which saves me loads of time. Submitting my self-assessment in April literally took minutes using this system. Highly recommended.

Simple accounting software
Easy to use even if you don't have an finance background, pulls all different elements of your invoicing into one place. Simplified our processes greatly.

Cannot fault the QuickFile software
Cannot fault the QuickFile software, as a new business we needed something simple and straightforward to generate estimates, invoices and track payments which it does effortlessly. With the business now growing we needed something a little advanced than the free version we started with so upgraded for a bit more flexibility and a live feed from our online only bank which works perfectly. does what it says on the tin, no complaints really.
Been using this for just over a year now. Its nicely laid out, easy enough to use and generally is doing the job. My accounting requirements are not complex. I am using it for digital VAT returns and that is working well. Be careful with the direct feeds from your bank account as it often generates double entries. generally its been great, I would recommend it for small businesses, it works well.

I only went self employed in October…
I only went self employed in October and was dreading the thought of keeping records. I found Quickfile and was amazed how simple it was to use. On the odd occasion I do get stuck, the online answers to problems like mine are invaluable.
