One of the most intuitive accounts packages I've used
I have used a number of different accounting packages over the years but Quickfile has got to be one of the most intuitive. It took no time to pick up how it all worked. It has a simple bank reconciliation, with options for merchant accounts. Receipt hub is great, and the option to attach files to sales and purchase invoices is great. Just need them to add that option to journals, really hope they do. Can't fault it though. Also, the clear layout made training someone else to do the ...

Simple and Intuitive
I have used a number of different accounting packages over the years but Quickfile has got to be one of the most intuitive. It took no time to pick up how it all worked. Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Automatic cash allocations, auto invoicing, and gives my customers the ability to see their accounts online. Very easy VAT.

This software has solved my vat submissions problem. It's a great way to produce invoices and account. works smoothly, invaluable!

Convenient and easy to use.
I opened a QuickFile account because of the Make Tax Digital requirements for VAT. I thought it was an unnecessary hassle as I am operating a small, part-time consultancy business with few transactions. Due to this, I wasn't willing to spend much (anything if possible) but I've been pleasantly surprised as the free software has been easy to use and in the long run, made my VAT returns easier to deal with. I am hopeful that it's going to make my annual return quicker too.

I find using quickfile efficient, time saving and easy. i am not very technical so it is easy to follow for me.
