I'm very impressed with the functionalities you can use for free. I use it for my small company to keep on top of things. It actually helped me understand accounting a bit more.

Great and effective product
I was previously using something similar but the product was missing features I needed, such as being able to log expenses. Blown away with quickfile as it's given me tools I didn't know I was missing, like bank feeds and a client invoice portal, and it's half the price. Easy to use, would recommend

A Big QuickFile Fan
I have been using QuickFile for some years now. I have used it for my own accounts and for several organisations. I always recommend it to people, mostly because it is a pleasure to use and does not assume an in-depth accounting knowledge in order to use it, but also because support and documentation are excellent. Best of all, if you are a small organisation you will not have to pay until you reach 1,000 postings, which if you are just starting out, or are a small charity is a big help.

As an end user, I must say that QuickFile is hands down one of the easiest and most flexible accounting software suites I've come across for small businesses. It has made managing my finances a breeze. The user interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it simple to navigate and understand, even for someone like me who doesn't have an extensive accounting background.
