Affordable and reliable
Affordable and reliableI use Quickfile for over a year now and I am very satisfied (running a Ltd). It takes a little time to set everything up, but once done, you can't get better for that price. The reminders and customer portal are quite useful and look very professional.

Reliable excellence versus the rest.
As a Sole Trader employer of others, I have managed my finances for most of my life. I have used different systems, either books or programmes resident on a computer. Probably 4.5/5 so between the two upper levels. I’ve been using QuickFile for basic record keeping and VAT submissions and the experience has been pretty good. I’d recommend it for small businesses and contractors.

Great software for its price point
Great software for its price point. It has all key accounts functions and the support community can offer ideas to customise or work around anything you want to do. If you are starting in business this is a GREAT first tool to get your head around the books. If you are established, it has great functionality for project analysis. It works.

With QuickFile is easy to keep up-to-date with invoices, payments, VAT. There are standard reports and you can generate your own. You can tag to projects and link to your P&L. Direct invoicing out to clients if you want

Gets the job done
Gets the job done, pretty good for free. Not very helpful at times; if I need to correct an opening balance, why does that involve something called a "journal" which has a bunch of rules like "entries must be in pairs" with no obvious help available on that page?
