Best online bookkeeping software ever!
Best online bookkeeping software ever!Very easy to transition from Xero to QuickFile. It's much more user friendly and intuitive and has lots of reports available, not only the classic Balance Sheets and P&L, but also a real year-end closing, tax summaries, VAT returns, cash flow and much more.It works mainly with GBP but can be used with pretty much any type of currency (I use EUR, USD and SEK as well).Also, the community is amazing, they answer any question really quickly and can put you ...

An accountant friend recommended…
An accountant friend recommended QuickFile as she uses it for her own books and I am equally impressed. It's easy to use, intuitive and easy to correct mistakes - sometimes a little too easy, it'd be nice if there was a proper audit trail to find deleted entries that perhaps shouldn't have been!I feel the invoicing options lets QuickFile down, I currently invoice using a different app because their invoices just look better. Very quick and easy accounting…
Very quick and easy accounting software. It is very powerful in most respects. For me accounting for my CIS contractors would help as an extra hence not 5 stars but generally great.

In accounts simplicity is the answer
In accounts simplicity is the answer, along with being able to 'see' the picture quickly and accurately. Quickfile allows any individual to be busy,and, understand where they and the business are instantly. Almost better than music.

Easy to use and affordable accounting software
I have been using quickfile for over 2 years and I am very satisfied. The website is easy to use and I have never experienced any issues with logging in or downtime. In addition there is a large and active community and it is usually easy to find answers to the problem just by looking through the forum.
