A Job Well Done
The agent/technician assisting me had to go "the extra mile" to help me resolve the issue. At one point we lost connection and he promptly called me back and we were able to finally complete the necessary fixes. He was very patient and courteous all throughout the process. A job well done.

Easy to use
I really appreciate that my subscription includes excellent technical support, by phone, with a real person, who actually knows what they are doing. I don’t have to call often, but when I do it makes Quicken easier still. I update my files 2-3 times a month, and keep a very useful history. I have a lot to keep up with and would not want to do it without Quicken.

It works...
There's really nothing much to say, other than it has worked for me for many years. i still use it for my personal finances, and i used it for my business until i retired. there are other products out there, but i'm still sticking with Quicken. i just wish it wasn't a subscription product.

When I had a computer crash I needed to…
When I had a computer crash I needed to reinstall my Quicken and had just renewed my subscription but did not know how to get Quicken back correctly into my new computer. You help agent worked me through it. He took a long time trying to get some of the old data back but unfortunately, I did not back up as I should have, and he could not get everything back. But he was a big help. I need to back up daily!
