Scanner Interface Doesn't Work
I have been a Quicken user since the late 80s. I like the program and the efforts to be up to date and safe. My only issue with Quicken are the printer and scanner interface. Without dragging up earlier updates, the current update will not interface with my scanner. When I try to attach an invoice or receipt it does not recognize a source.

Syncing and Reports
The syncing with bank and financial institutions Is valuable and time saving. Additionally great flexibility to produce specific reports within the software.

This year I had two outages
This year I had two outages. Quicken helped - problem likely caused by anti-virus or Windows software but Quicken worked to get it resolved. Help group was competent.
