I've used Quicken since it was introduced to the public. I like the fact that it is automatically updated periodically to keep the software relevant.

I love Quicken, including its excellent technical help
I love Quicken - although I use just a fraction of what it's capable of, when I run into a problem I can't solve, I call their EXCELLENT technical help - I've been coached patiently and effectively to solve the problem. Usually I learn something I can do as well. Than-you!

The person I dealt with was marvelous
The person I dealt with was marvelous. The person I dealt with last year lied to me. He said you wouldn't screw up my ledger if I ordered De lux. Just like clockwork times up, you messed up my whole ledger. I don't use any of your extra crap, put in my own info and only use like a ledger. Very expensive ledger. Must find a new way WITHOUT quicken
