Online payment process is smooth
All my monthly bills come to me electronically. The ones I have chosen to pay manually go through the Quicken online payment process. I also use Quicken to research history on anomalies. The process is straightforward and smooth.

Quicken techs know their stuff!
Somehow, more quicken file would not open and it had all my information on in it. The tech who helped me was fantastic! The first couple of attempts did not work, but it hung in there and solved the problem. It made my day!
