This is a great program.
I'm not sure what the recent experience was, but I am very happy with Quicken. I have used Quicken as my primary checking account register for many years. I really have never had a problem and it is so much better than using a pen and paper register. It helps me keep track of my taxable expenses which I couldn't do otherwise.

I've been using Quicken for a log time…
I've been using Quicken for a log time starting in the mid 1990's so I have a lot of data that I can look at my trends. I also us it for finding when I purchased items for warranty issues.

You are constantly improving your product
You are constantly improving your product. I feel that you are using the annual fee to constantly improve the product and I am all for that. You just kleep making it easier and easier to use and navigate Quicken.

You have a few really good people, as was the last one who helped me; a woman. The first two who couldn't help me spoke poor English, and I just couldn't understand them!

S Corp Health Ins. Filing
The customer service rep was very helpful. I had to account for my health insurance and get in onto my w-2 without incurring any fica or unemployment tax which they did. Great job!

Quicken allows me to track my family…
Quicken allows me to track my family finances - my wife's business - cabin expenses for family - it makes it easy
