Upgrade seemed to wipe out all my data
Upgrade seemed to wipe out all my data! Attempts to get help from their website was unhelpful and frustrating. As a Premium user I called them and the first agent helped me restore my data. I then discovered missing data in one bank account. The second agent found and corrected it and showed me the correct location for the the files.
