Verty helpful technicians
Your technicians that I've talked to on the phone have been most helpful and most of them have been very accurate in diagnosing and correcting any issues that I've had (except for my Citi Card). I say most of them, because I do understand that some of them that you have are new and still in the process of learning.

Great Program. Maybe some one on one help.
The program is great and easy to use. I would like to see some sort of help desk, where each year you get 30 min to an hour of one on one help. Be able to ask questions about new features and some set up of new companies.

I love being able to keep up with all…
I love being able to keep up with all my accounts regardless if they are banking or credit cards. I love the ability to run reports that help me know where my money is going.
