Quicken gets high marks for accessibility and technical support. I know of no other program that updates software to correct problems or make enhancements as often as Quicken.

A simple to use yet comprehensive software program
I like that everything financial in our life can be in one place and accessed easily. There are glitches in the program however Quicken seems to be addressing them as they arise.

The tools you need to manage your finances
Provides a clean but customizable interface The standard reports provide me most of what i need. Any issues I have had downloading data from financial institutions seems to be more a problem with those institutions changing there software without proper testing with Quicken

Invaluable Financial Tool
Quicken is such an invaluable financial tool for me. As a retired senior, Quicken has made my life so easy when it comes to my finances. Your customer support is the benchmark of the industry and your representatives are all knowledgeable, friendly and, at times, a lot of fun to talk with. Keep up the good work!!

I was able to talk to areal person on my first call. That person was was easy to communicate with and solved my problem. ONE CALL ONE REAL PERSON. Traveling now can’t check on date
