Quicken used for decades
I have been using Quicken for decades in both personal and business. But fully utilizing all of its features and writing custom reports for projects I can tell right where I’m at at the click of a button. Way to go Quicken keep the improvements coming.

Budget Woes
I had a problem where each time I tried to create a budget, Quicken would crash. I never lost my data but would have to start over each time it happened. Called help and after approx 50 minutes of troubleshooting with a rep, we fixed it. Rep was a little hard to understand but I could not have fixed it without her

Excellent financial software that is constantly improving and adding new features.
I appreciate that Quicken is constantly updated and improved. Very feature rich and reliable financial software. Additionally, whenever I have needed assistance from customer service, it’s been very easy to do so, and the reps are well trained.

I have been using Quicken forever!
I have been using Quicken as long as I can remember. Since the very beginning. It was always pretty much always good but I felt never kept up with the times and technology. This has changed drastically in the last few years with the purchase of the company. I really appreciate the updates.
